PC Fit Update

PC fit will now be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 4 to 5 pm.  PC fit is a club and is open to anyone interested in having fun and getting in shape.  If you have any questions just email Coach Manderano at pmanderano@piedmont.edu

November 15th Clinic Photos

Fall Ball Game Reminder

Just a reminder that the fall ball game will take place on Saturday, November 1 at 1 pm.  The game will be against Brevard College at Brevard.  The team will be leaving early Saturday morning to ensure plenty of time for travel and warm-ups.

John King Band Concert

The John King Band will be coming to perform at Piedmont's Arrendale Amphitheater. The opening act will be Georgia Street.  The event is a benefit concert for Habitat for Humanity of Northeast Georgia.  Pre-sale tickets will be $5 for students and faculty, $12 pre-sale for community members, and $15 for everyone at the door.  The event will be take place on Sunday November 2nd at 6:30 pm.  The Mens Lacrosse team will be helping to coordinate and run the event.

2014 Fall Ball underway

Fall ball has officially started and everyone is working hard to improve this off-season.  Piedmont will play Brevard College on November 1st at Brevard at 1 pm.

Lacrosse Clinics

The lacrosse clinic on the 27th of September went very well.  Anyone who may have missed the clinic and would like to attend can go to the next one on November 15th. The clinic will start at 9 am at the Walker Athletic Field located on Piedmont College. The cost is $25 and will include lunch and a t-shirt.  If you would like to sign up or have any questions just email Coach Manderano at pmanderano@piedmont.edu

PC Fit

Every Monday and Friday from 4 to 5 o'clock PC Fit is held.  It is open to anyone who wants to get in better shape, not just lacrosse players.  So be sure to come on out and tell all your friends.  If you would like to go just show up in front of the Mize Athletic Center by 4.

SAAC Campus Cleanup Reminder

Don't forget this monday April 21, 2014 is campus cleanup for Piedmont. Members from different mens and women's teams are coming together to make the campus look good as new once again!

Methodist Wounded Warrior Game

Piedmont College played Methodist College this past weekend for the Wounded Warrior Project. The Lions were successful against the Monarchs, with Piedmonts Taylor Carter making the game winning shot in overtime. Thanks to all who donated money for such a good cause! The Lions last game is 4/19/2014 at The Walker Athletic Field against the visiting Hawks of Huntingdon College. Below are the shirts the team wore for the game.

Wounded Warrior Shooters

Just a reminder to all players that in order to receive your Wounded Warrior Shooter you must give coach Manderano $10.  If there are any issues please speak to him.

Young Harris game reminder

* Just a reminder that the Young Harris game will take place on March 21 at Young Harris at 7pm which was rescheduled earlier in the season.

Point game Rescheduled

* The game that was supposed to take place on March 16th against Point has been moved to March 17th at home at 7 pm due to inclement weather.

Wounded Warrior Project

Piedmont Lacrosse has teamed up with The Wounded Warrior Project to raise money for soldiers who have risked their lives for our freedom. Piedmont will play Methodist University on April 12, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Both teams will present a check to the charity and the other half will go back into the teams funds for future expenses. Donations can be made at 25$ flat rate or you can sponsor per goal. Ex: 200 goals at 25 cents a goal would be a 50$ donation. Contact Pete Manderano: Pmanderano@piedmont.edu.
