5 Ways to Improve Your Game

Workouts

All players are required to lift for 2 hours each week.  A sign-in sheet for workouts will be in the fitness center.  Players are not allowed to sign in for two consecutive hours. Each week begins on Monday.  If you have any questions please ask Coach Ives or Coach Shupp. 

Absent Forms

Don't forget to fill out the online absent forms and email them to your professors. Anyone that does not complete their forms by January 23rd will be suspended until they are complete.  The absent form can be found on the athletics page under inside athletics and then athletic communications.  Be sure to cc coach on all emails sent to professors.
